In this article, the difference between Power BI free and pro will be shown.

You don’t need a license subscription to use Power BI free. You really need to do is download the available software directly from PC or desktop. With the ability for building dashboards and reports, they are published on Power BI service and then can be shared to your organization or others.
‍‍‍‍‍‍
But there are some feature limitations with Power BI free as follows:
‍‍‍‍‍‍
Your created reports and dashboards can’t be shared among each internal or external organizational accounts.
‍‍‍‍‍‍
No App Workspaces (dashboards and reports can’t be shared with access level on Power BI)
‍‍‍‍‍‍
No API embedding ( Power BI content, such as Power BI graphs or charts can’t be embedded by application developers )
‍‍‍‍‍‍
No email subscriptions via emails (Outlook ၊ Gsuit email)
‍‍‍‍‍‍
Pivot table, charts and slicer features can’t use Power BI data sets via Excel.
‍‍‍‍‍‍
Power BI Pro is the full version of Power BI, which means no limitations as above. Your created reports can be shared with each other and vice versa. Power BI Pro license subscription is needed. Microsoft Office365 E5 plan subscription also includes Power BI pro.

NEX4 as a Microsoft’s gold partner, is currently providing M365, Office365 and other Microsoft solutions. On the other hand, NEX4 customer success team (NEX4 CSM) is providing valuable Power BI Reports which have visibility to the customer infrastructure.
