why data visualization is important?

‍‍‍‍‍‍Data Visualization is very useful in business planning. Because –
‍‍‍‍‍‍
1️⃣ Visualization takes part an important role in the analysis of the current business status,
2️⃣ Visibility of business pain points and
3️⃣ Decision making to have business value. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍Instead of viewing Excel and CSV Files format of our business and technical data, view data Visualization with visuals (Graphs, Charts, etc.) in real time is a must. Data Visualization can hit to the management level because it makes management people who don’t know the technical in details to be understandable. ‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍
Data are increasing in our hand day by day. Thus, it needs to consider how to handle the visualization of bigger and more complex data. We don’t need to consider by getting a headache. Business Intelligent Tools can drive to visualize our large and complex data.‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍
Furthermore, I would like to explain the overview of one of the Business Intelligent (BI) tools called Microsoft Power BI. Power BI is a web-based analytic tool which is one of the Top 10 BI tools and very strong at data visualization. As it is being a web-based tool, it can access data from so many data sources such as Excel, CSV Files, Azure SQL Database, Dynamic 365, SAP Business Warehouse Server, etc and can create Real-time dashboards and Power BI Reports. Even though we don’t have much knowledge on how to create them, we can use sample templates provided by Power BI. After we have created Power BI dashboards and reports, we can share not only in our organization but also to whom who occupy G-suit accounts or Office365 accounts and they are not in our organization. Moreover, we can view Power BI Reports and Dashboards not only on our PC or Laptop but also on mobile applications and no need to make too much time. ‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍
NEX4 can provide BI Solutions for not only business solutions such as Dynamic 365, Azure SQL Data warehouse, Salesforce, and SAP but also Finances, Banking Data with BI Solutions and so on.‍‍‍‍‍‍
‍‍‍‍‍‍
In conclusion, businesses not only can get quick insights but also can predict future outcomes by using BI Tools which are very smart at data visualization.
